Please note:

1. The MGUIP NPC (2023/516685/08) has been established as a Non-Profit Company.
2. The MGUIP area has been approved by the Council of eThekwini Municipality at its sitting on 17 April 2025.
3. The eThekwini Special Ratings Area Policy (SRA policy) dated March 2020, requires that once an SRA Management Company has been established as an NPC with members, then all owners within the demarcated area who have become liable for the additional rate will have to enrol as members of the NPC as they cannot be taken into membership automatically.
4. Your attendance and signature to this attendance form verify your willingness to enrol as a member of the NPC.
5. Only members can vote at the Special General Meeting.
6. Your information provided will be compared to the valuation roll and list of owners to verify that you are eligible to be added to the register of members. You have to be an owner/ratepayer in order to become a member of the MGUIP NPC.
7. Your attention is drawn to POPIA. The purpose of the POPIA is to protect the personal information of individuals and businesses and to give effect to their right of privacy as provided for in the Constitution. By signing this form, you consent to your personal information being processed by the MGUIP Non-Profit Company, and your consent is effective immediately and will remain effective until such consent is withdrawn.
